virus worm 091227-0

started this am jumping from a movie download to my home page(yahoo finance).
Keep aborting conn. as requested but keeps happening. Keeps appearing on scan.
How can I get rid of it?

Hi bobby1,

Already corrected with 091227-1 - Right click avast! tray icon --> updating --> iAVS Update
What happened that there was a FP because links to  ads.yieldmanager.com was IP blocked, it had this netshield False Positive, which has now been swiftly corrected,
