How can i "ShutDown and Scan" like when i installed Avast for First time?

Hello, when i firstly installed avast it asked me to reboot and scan for infected files..... in a blue screen, like im installing windows xp...... lol ...... how can i close the pc and scan again for viruses on a screen like this?

Although, this is normally used if you suspect an infection, do you?

Yep, a sality ***** UP my computer, i removed it with a tool. but there are still problems and want to see what problems, i also scanned with CCleaner, RegCure and ErrorSmart for Errors. and i fixed all problems still nothing. anyway thanks for the link
