You do not have to do anything. Escan reports "not-a-virus" so, it is not a virus!;)
It does not hurt to delete the files and disable/enable the Systemrestore: http://vil.nai.com/vil/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm

About the gator thing, you could use Adaware and Spybot.

thnx 4 replying..i already scanned my system numerous times but aswell spybot as adware doesnt even recognize that file (that gator1) and reporting that i dont got any spy- or adware in my system..yea i keep up to date with both programs..only escan comes up with this file.

the virusses or both listed on the virus list..but they aint virusses?
why would escan report em as virusses then?

Delete the above file, or pack it into an encrypted ZIP- or RAR-archive if you want to keep it.. (Lots of Installer packages contain "Tool.Reboot" so it'S not that dangerous..

THEN disable RESTORE, including a reboot !!

I am no expert, but that sounds strange. If they are really _not_a_virus_  , then it sounds like someone is playing tricks on you through a legitimate virus tester site, like these:
http://www.sidebit.com/ProjectVirusTest.php

http://www.testvirus.org/

but I am not familiar with "pretend" viruses having such names as you described. But, perhaps I have not come across them..
