IP Blocked?

Why is this IP 218.93.127.127...........being seen on the Forums site & being blocked by MBAM.....started when was reading a post......."Avast web shield slowing........!!!1"...in Avast5 Pro/Free ed.....any clues?

Its probably images on the forum and if you use hpHost HOST file they would be blocked I think:
http://hosts-file.net/?s=218.93.127.127&x=29&y=5 <== response is slow due to database lookup
