problemas al arrancar avast

yo tengo C:\Users\<tu username>\y en vez de appData la relacion que te comento a continuacion:

busquedas,contactos,descargas,documentos,escritorio, favoritos,imagenes.juegos guardados,musica,tracing
videos, viculos,putty.rnd
en cual de ellas puede ser AppData


C:\Users\<tu username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

Es una carpeta oculta. Tienes que revelarla.

En inglés:
Maybe you need to disable Hide protected operating system files and enable View hidden files and folders' to manage the file(s).

hice lo que comentaste pero cuando llego a outlook no existe esta carpeta..

Hola:
Si entiendes bien ingles, te recomiendo que empieces un enlace en ingles en la seccion "viruses y worms".
Alli hay varias personas que saben muchisimo de todo esto y seguro que pueden ayudarte. A mi me han ayudado un par de veces, una con mi ordenador y otra con el de mi padre que estaba infectadisimo y fatal.

tambien queria mencionar que yo tuve problemas al reinstalar Avast.
Me recomendaron esto:
first try this http://public.avast.com/~forejt/aswClear.exe.. it will delete all files and reboot

y esto:
So what i should do next is:
go to: 
1- http://public.avast.com/~forejt/aswClear.exe. and this will delete only all old avast files thay may be still in the computer and reboot 
2 - get the malwarebytes program and run it to see if there is still traces of the virus.
3 - try to reinstall Avast 5.o

al hacer el OTL log pueden ver que problemas tienes y aconsejarte.
