My computer is on your desktop

Bob, My Computer sometimes is not on the user's desktop, especaially after clean installation of newer versions of Windows. In that case, he just have to:

1.) right click the desktop
2.) go to PROPERTIES
3.) Choose DESKTOP tab
4.) click on CUSTOMIZE DESKTOP button (bottom of the window)...
5.) on the upper part of the window, he will find DESKTOP ICONS section

Just put checkmarks on those that you wanna see on your desktop... that's all.

Issue yet unresolved for a reminder, although I think we explored all possible directions. It really is un-explainable...  ???
