The site or at least that page has been hacked.
There is a script tag after the Joomla Tutorial entry and just before the closing BODY tag that points to a malicious site. See image1 of the inserted Script tag, I have broken this off the single long line it was on to make it easier to see in an image. See image2 of the avast alert on the site that the script tag tries to access.
