HELP PLEASE boot scan

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i need help my laptop will not let me boot scan my comp.  it says it is not running 32-bit but it is and will not let me boot scan on start up.  any help?

are you sure you have a 32bit OS ?........as bootscan does not work on 64bit OS

why do you need to run boot scan ?
