It would help if christy a updated the PROFILE to include some information about the system and set the country they are in.

To stop 3rd party cookies that can be blocked in IE go to Tools then Internet Internet options then Privacy then Advanced

I did not see whether or not anyone mentioned to update any software like MBAM and SAS "before" running a scan. If someone did...I'm sorry.

Unless you have a paid option and (or any free version allows it) you have it update automatically then you should always update before doing an on-demand scan.

Maybe you're talking about cookies... not spyware.
It's a bad job to the humanity that SuperAntispyware consider cookie as spyware, because they don't.

SUPERAntiSpyware does have the option to turn off scanning for cookies. It's a check box on the Scanning Control tab of the Preferences dialog.
