So, what i shall change in the prefence to get a little bit more protection?

I suggest that you virtualize your browser with the avast! Sandbox to protect against unknown threats. (Right click the application, and select "Run virtualized (in the Sandbox)" or "Always run in sandbox".) Knowing which firewall mode to use helps too. I recommend Work/Medium Risk Zone if you are at work or at home behind a router. Use Public/High Risk Zone when you connect to public networks (Airports, coffee shops, neighbors, etc) or directly to the internet via cable modem, to make your computer invisible to others.
You do not really need to change anything else. The default settings are fine.
