Multiple content-type header - high warning
« on: December 30, 2010, 11:09:01 PM »
Upon down loading the latest version of avast free is when this problem began.  Safe emails, even those from avast, are sent to the spam file and can not be opened.  Not all the emails just some.  I have Win XP and as I already mentioned this did not occur prior to the new download.  I have changed my heuristic setting, which was normal, to low and this did not help.  At about the same time period my wife got her own computer, Win 7, no spam software installed.  I downloaded the new avast free to her computer and she is experiencing the same problem.  Have been working with avast tech support for a couple of days and they have not resolved the problem.  Any suggestions of a possible fix.  I am not a computer expert but I can follow instructions.

Add your email account(s) in the mailshield and see if it solves the problem.
