Games Problem

Hello friends
this time I m havng an unknown problem in my games like Quake3,Contract Jack and etc>>
When i start to play Quake 3 and move my gun here and there and in any direction the gun stops for 1 second and then it moves.This problem disturb me to much that I can not play a game with my friends through LAN.
Plz Help me early as u guys can.............
I think this is like a Virus or any wrm

I would first ask what kind of system is he using (compnents like CPU,memory,graphic card etc)

Also check device manager to see what is running.

It could possibly be just lag depending on how many applications you're running on your computer while you're playing your game.  I would only have your game running if you don't already.

I play SWG myself, and the lag is horrible sometimes in big populated areas.   it also depend son your computer and what type of connection you are using

My System is
Intel Celeron 1.7 GH,256 Ram,64Mb Built-in VGA Card
If u guys say that my system is Low,then I would like to say I have been playing these games since 2 weaks ago but thay works 100% correct.
But anyways after starting this topic(just 10 mins).Avast catch a virus named "Win32:Trojan-gen {other}"
I think this virus was the main problem and then I do everything what Avast can, but it could not do anything,and then I have deleted this file from c:/windows.
