My computer is running windows vista basic
Avast Internet Security 5.1.8xx

I did a boot time scan and got this warning
When I press 1, 3 or 5 nothing happens.
File C:\Program Files\online Services\MSN90\pkgs\en\outlook2003sm.cab
|> L263 6304.cab|>FINDER.EXE is infected by win32:malware-gen

Press 1 to delete
3 move to chest
5 repair

That's a FP.
Just ignore it.
