Cannot Find Specified Files?

I ran a full scan today and when the scan was finished I came up with no viruses, but the system said it could not scan the following files.

I looked online and saw that someone else had suffered the same problem, though I so no real resolution to the issue.  What exactly is this?  Should I be concerned?  The computer seems to be running perfectly fine, but I don't want to let this go if it's something serious. 

Any help would be REALLY appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Then you will probably have seen that this isn't a problem, just avast doing some housekeeping and removing an old virus definition folder. It just happened between the time you started the scan and avast getting to that folder in its files to scan.

Oh, is that what it was doing?  I was concerned because the last time I had scanned it hadn't come up with anything like that!  I'm not the most computer savvy person around!  Thank you SO much for easing my concerns.
