This program converts PDF files into Word documents, HTML files, JPG images, and a variety of other formats too. If you head to their main web page you'll find that the program is currently discounted from $49.95 to $29.95 but if you go to this special page you can get it for free until Feb 5.

The OpenOffice PDF import extension can import a PDF then you save it to whatever you want, which includes .doc. No need for this 'free' alternative.
