[RESOLVED]Fake Antivirus virus?

Hello. i went to HXXXXXXP://img525.imageshack.us/my.php?image=ie7zn2.jpg    and i got a Pop up that is on websites that want to download Fake AV's a.k.a Rogue antivirus  How do i Make Sure i am not infected? on the pop up i opened up task manager and made IE8 close.  so am i infected?  I'm worried  :'(

I have Avast! scanning in full scan,  Windows Defender in Full Scan, Microsoft Malware removal tool in full scan. 
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
Webbrowser: Mozilla Firefox
PC Specs: Intel i5-12400f, Nvidia RTX 3050, 16gb ram, 1.5TB SSD(s).

I do have avast 5.1.  (I am Thinking about Download Malware bytes and do a scan later)

Avast should add this to the list of websites blocked by the web shield.  ::)

Hi...  ;)

Download DDS and save it to your Desktop from here:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Double click dds.scr to run the tool.

    * When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
         1. DDS.txt
         2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post DDS.txt back to topic.

This topic is from earlier yesterday so sign of a virus yet. i scan with SAS and it came out clean. so i am going to mark this topic has [RESOLVED]

FYI: I Don't Trust ComboFix.

than make one to make sure that you're clean. As long as nothing strange is running in memory you are not infected :)
