Running Avast4 on Network
« on: July 16, 2003, 07:04:51 AM »
Hi,

I've installed avast in almost every server that i have, windows NT40 and also windows2k.

I would like to have a central management of all the servers that i have installed with avast. Currently, i can only see a  few server from my avast console. i try to add a few more server using blind login but was not able to get connected. what did i do wrong?

tell me what else can i do to overcome this problem.

Thank you
-jd-

Are you talking about avast32 3.0 or avast 4?
The subject of this thread suggests avast4, but from your post it very much sounds as you were talking about version 3...

Ops sorry, yes i'm talking about avast32 3.0. I dont why, but most of the time it seems impossible to login to remote computer using Avast.
