Can't Disable Sandbox on Browsers

I wanted to disable Sandbox on my browsers because of problems I posted on yesterday about not being able to see my taskbar without minimizing the browser windows, but also because I believe it might be causing interference with some other functions. However, despite clicking "Run outside Sandbox," they continue to run in that mode.

You have to choose always run outside sandbox.
Or go to sandbox expert settings | virtualized processes and delete it there.
