i visited  a site www.palemoon.org , it dint have any ratings in webrep, so i selected the category and voted in webrep..even after half an hour the webrep says NO RATING.. So what happens to my VOTE?????

Showing a rating by one person would obviously be competely useless and highly misleading for millions of Avast users. Until the site gets more votes, it will still show no rating.
