Again, a license file check failed?

Please check the value of HKLM\Software\ALWIL Software\avast\av_mgm_4.0\avast4LicenseFile

Is it set correctly? (to <adnm>\data\license.dat)

Thanks
Vlk

The key was blank.  Which is what I would have expected.  Being that it is just a remote console shouldn't it get the license from the AMS when it connects?  That must have been the behaviour under RC1 because the license was never on my machine.  I have since updated the key entry and then copied the key over from the AMS and the update went smoothly.  (PS the key is ...\av_mgm\4.0 )

Aha, you didn't say it was console only. Makes sense then.
Thanks for noting, I'm forwarding this to the respective developer.

Cheers,
Vlk
