Win32:Trojano-352

Good evening everybody!!
I'm new here, but Avast found Win32:Trojano-352 virus in the C:\Windows\System32\wnmply.exe. The virus cannot be cured neither removed, and I couldn't find anything in the internet... ??? ???
Could you please help me in any way.
My system is:
WinXP Pro, Office 2003 Pro, Zone Alarm Pro Firewall.

If you have SP2 installed, disable auto updates in control panel then run a full scan again.  I was getting that message also but after shutting down the updates, no more warnings after a scan.

I have SP1, and automatic updates are disabled, all automatic "connections" are disabled.
The "infected" file is in the chest, now.
