Safezone grey out problem

When i run the SafeZone in the New Beta Build my screen is getting a bit of grey , when i leave SafeZone it stays a bit of grey. How is this poccible???

A forum search should reveal you aren't alone, so would have been better adding your comments to one of those topics rather than create another.
