CONSTANT ATTACKS FROM MALWARE AND VIRUSES!!! PLEASE HELP

Hi,
Today, I begun getting constant pop-up warnings at the bottom of my screen about malware, some trogans and other viruses. There was an issue in the temp files folder but I think it is solved now because I deleted some of the folders that had some kind of "setup.exe" files that avast! was picking up on. But, I still get constant warnings about "blocked access to malicious site" and it's usually longtrip-todayz.com or something like "lkckclck....." I don't get much time to see them because they're gone within a few seconds. I've seen some new threads springing up on similar subjects so I hoped someone can help me.

There has also been random shutdowns and resarts. Also found out that the other site is "lkckclckl1i1i.com" (I THINK!!!  )

I don't get much time to see them because they're gone within a few seconds.

if you right click the avast icon down by the clock there is a "show last pop-up"  if you have not restarted since...
you can take a screenshot of it and post

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50.1 http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always update to latest signatures before you scan
click on the remove selected  button to quarantine anything found

Why are you still using Avast 4? The latest build is 6.0.1119RC.

You should go to your profile and hide your live.com email address so spammers won't get it.
