6.0.1125 BSOD while upgrading NVidia GeForce 8400GS video card driver

aswNdis2.sys while upgrading the driver.
Booting in Safe Mode, uninstalling the driver and installing the new one seems to work.
Memory dump uploaded to ftp as Tech_Memory_Dump_11.05.12.7z

Do you do an upgrade 'over the top' or using the windows Device Manager?
