Hi chungsaejin,

I can attest as to how you may feel about this disaster.

Question is, do you wish to have free help in getting your system back up and running?  If so, I am going to contact a malware removal expert to assist you in getting that done.

Please be patient.

Hi chungsaejin :)

Do you have Win 7 32bit or 64bit ?

If you have Win 7 32bit, see https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 and scroll down to If you cannot  Boot the computer and follow the instructions.

If you have Win 7 64bit, just mention that in your next reply.

Our expert essexboy has been notified to help you.
But be patient, as it is night here in Europe.

Ok,

Than essexboy will give you instructions for the recovery console download, and help you further.
But like I said, be patient, as he is most likely sleeping right now.
