web rep always grey?

hi, had the server gone down? I noticed yesterday some sites such as bbc were grey (not enough votes) some were ok. this morning all sites are grey, none have any votes?

What is the address that you opened by today?

What is your browser that you used?

From my site is running well, and WebRep run as usual.

nope it's gone again, it seems really intermitent? (just gone green now) on a clean install of windows 7 64bit, first anti virus product using ie9. i have tried dis abling and re enabling both from avast and ie9 but it kinda works when it wants to. all other internet, is fast and fine?
any ideas?

Probably an issue with some of the servers, nothing to worrie about as it does not affect the security and running of avast itself.
