error0x 00046101 am i still protected?? ???

In what context (i.e. where) are you getting this error code?

It means 'resident provider already started', so to answer your question, yes, you're probably protected ;).

wot happens is when i try install a new programe i have to sometimes switch off avast to be able to install itit some times blocks the installation when i switch avast back on the error code is desplayed and says only 2 of 3 is running ???

We'll take a look at it, but I think you can stay calm - it should be running...

2 of 3 probaly means that you're not using Outlook and so the Outlook plugin is not active...
