they told me cant locate my data
and asked me for registered email
Tougth they talked about the email of purchased
already informed
So, no joy i lost 2 years

They need the email address that you used to purchase in order to try and find the registration. So I don't know if you gave them that email address and they can't find any record of it ?

The biggest thing is you have to have given them the correct email address for their search or they aren't going to find a record.

Did you purchase it through the avast web site ?
If so how did you pay ?
If by PayPal there would be another means of tracking down information about the license.

If you used a credit card, again check your records for information on the transaction.

The payment processing (if through the avast web site) would have been handled by Digital River (element 5), so you could also try contacting them.

As i sayd, i have inform the email from the moment of the purchasing
They alternativelly asked for the client number but as i think you can imagine, as i dont have the license data animore, i also dont have this info
The email i have used for ourchase was pereira.vecchio@terra.com.br
I am not afraid to published tis since it is an adress which i dont use anymore

OK, try following up on the other contacts I gave, the Credit Card may just have a reference to the avast transaction/client number. Or directly at element5.

Uh...don't you need an e-mail address to register the free version?  ??? It's also needed for Pro and AIS.
If he has an e-mail address he should be able to retrieve his license info.  :)

In order to send it, they first have to find the original, confirm that you are indeed who you say you are (the legitimate license holder), then and only then can they send it to 'any' email address.
