avast! BP client/server undetected by SBC

Hi Lukas or AVAST team,

During on testing progress internally we found a trouble especially BP client/server which installed on each hardware were undetected by SBC.

We installed avast! BP on some machines, and found there is 2 machines which using OS Windows Server 2003 Data Center Edition SP1 and OS Windows XP Professional SP2 can not communicated with SBC (Please see attached file.

Then we found that this issues caused by avast! Net Client Service not run properly after windows start up.
According to windows event viewer on System part there is an error caused by file name netevent.dll error (Please see attached file fo BP Clients error).

My question is that caused by avast BP installer or windows driver issues?

Additional information, after we run avast! Net Client Service on Services list then avast! SBC Client can detected by SBC.

Progress update :

Windows Server 2003 DataCenter Edition SP1

- SBC can't detect this server and the status is not detected
- SBC Server update from internet directly, even this BP client installed from SBC Server and we uncheck the internet download from mirror
- Some features such as Sandbox, SafeZone, WebRep, and Site Blocking has not listed on this BP client and only auto-sandbox listed which's should have completed features with this BP client
- We also can't give push update or scan command through SBC to this BP client

Is there any bug or compatibility issues with Windows Server 2003 Data center edition?
