Ok. I just downloaded avast pro antivirus as an existing user, but did not recieve a licence file or activation key. We made our first transaction with avast about a year ago, and got keys for 3 different computers in our home, but my grandfather who was in charge of all of this did not print out the keys so if something happened to one of the computers and it deleted avast, for instance a factory restore of the computer, we would not be able to reuse that key. and then deleted the email with all 3 keys on it after installing it on his computer and the laptop, leaving mine out of the picture. I did have avast at one point in time, bnut not anymore, because of that issue. Now I just downloaded the avast pro as an exiisting user as I said before, but dont have a licence file, or an activation code any more. What do I do?
