Can't get free license email

Hi all,

I tried to register for a free license, I filled the form, I click the "Register free license" button, then I received a message about I will get an email in 24 hours with the license. Now I am after 24 hours, and I didn't get any email. I tried the resend function, but the page said there is not my email in the database registered...

I have Avast 6 free antivirus installed on my computer.

Can anybody help me?

Non-receipt is usually down to an anti-spam blocking it, either ISP or personal anti-spam. You could try again using another email address (like a free yahoo.com one). But why not just use the on-line registration through the avastUI and it does that without requiring an email to be sent or received.

Whilst this mentions avast5 the process is essentially the same for avast6.
