Error 42145?
« on: September 21, 2011, 12:59:26 PM »
I did a boot-time scan as Avast suggested after finding and removing a virus on my system. About 5 minutes into the scan, I got:

C:\Users\Jeramy\AppData\Local\Temp\GLBD6E5.tmp >wise0003.bin (Installer Archive is Corrupted) Error 42145.

However at the end of the scan it shows 0 infected files found. Is this something I should worry about? It's not a virus is it?

scan errors or files that can not be scanned does not mean they are infected..

in this case it is a file located in your temp folder..... empty your temp folders and the error should be gone

TFC requires a reboot immediately after running. Be sure to save any unsaved work before running TFC.
