My firewall is blocking this ip adress? 224.0.0.22

I was fooling around with my firewall and noticed this,

Its stopping my computer/internet or whatever from sending packets to that adress, (Malware?)

224.0.0.22   Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) Version 3

This can be used for online streaming video and gaming and your computer is just using the defined multicast address 224.0.0.22.  Info on Multicasting addresses, see: http://www.zytrax.com/tech/protocols/ip-classes.html#multicasting (linksource: Zytrax info)
