Generally, avast detection is accurate in these cases.
Isn't it an encrypted/obfuscated script or iframe?
Wasn't the site hacked?
Maybe you could contact its webmaster.

Also, please, check if there are infected gif images (resolved as infected server generated messages): http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=45658.0

Please, edit the links to not-live ones (change http for hxxp, for instance or add spaces between the url).

Check here how to clean and make a website secure.

The vast majority of malware today is distributed over the web, mostly by means of hacked (otherwise legitimate) sites. The attacker usually injects malicious some scripts into some (or all) pages on the site, waiting for an unsuspecting user to visit the site and possible infect his/her machine.

And this is where avast’s detection capabilities really excel. Its abilities to detect these web-based malicious scripts are second to none, and thanks to the Web Shield and Script Blocking providers, they are used exactly when needed, doing an excellent job stopping the web-based malware right on the entry point.

The site can not be hacked. We have excellent specialists who monitor the work site. Repeat. Other antivirus software did not reveal problems

It is torrent website so you can expect it will become hacked or infected...
btw avast! is best for detecting website threats IMHO.

Hello . I also faced this problem in your antivirus.
Avast is blocking access to the site http://torrents-nn.cn

>>>>>It is torrent website so you can expect it will become hacked or infected ...<<<<

Realy ?  It's a lie, because all the antivirus of the world(!) dont block accses to this site and did not find any viruses and other danger software or files in this site.

.Problem in  Avast.

You can point to the virus, which spreads the site and other technical information that would have confirmed the reason for blocking?

Because it doesn't block unless it is infected, it isn't blocking torrent sites just because they are torrent sites.

Why do you not have a torrent domain in your own country instead of China is possibly a valid question.

it's look like this site was hacked because now is out off service.

It does not matter what country domain?
Our site is not available for 80% of the internet, so you can not scan. So you can not go on our site. What are the exact reason for blocking the site?

I don't know, I don't work for avast, just an avast user, but we can't investigate it if we can't reach it, that simple.
