I can never update my avast. I get a message saying it cant connect to server. I have windows SP2

What connection are you using?Do you have firewall.What are your Vps and program version?Can you manually update avast?

You can try to repair your avast instalation or better re-install it.

Please check Avast's log file and tell us what the exact error/problem it is reporting.
