I'm trying to get the Exchange Shield to work on a newly configured Exchange Server. Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Exchange 2010 Standard.
All of my other server clients show the Exchange Shield in their UI as inactive, but the server with Exchange installed will not even show the shield as inactive.
I have tried to uninstall, aswclear.exe, deploy through the admin console, install from the admin console link and I still can't get it to work.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?
BTW the BPP program version is 1.1.131.7, db version is 1277, and program version for the exchange server is 6.0.1324.
