At the bottom of the post area is a bit marked additional options - use that to attach the log

No apparent malware and it is Ad-Aware causing the memory alerts

as said in reply#6 use default scan`s with default scan settings...do NOT use the "Scan Memory" setting

try it, scan again and see what result you get...

I dont get any viruses when I do the quick scan just memory but what I want to know is why I cannot get rid of them

bc they are not virus.....but signatures from Ad-Aware loaded in memory...and when you ask avast to scan memory it find those signatures

Ad-Aware is useless and has not kept up with the times and it is best to remove it.

yes they have...just released a new version....and they release at least one signature update a day. They also have high detection score in test
but it is 120mb....and they have a integrated Ikarus AV engine that may conflict with avast.....so i would go for Malwarebytes
