Exactly as I told you before. You have to call your e-mail provider (whoever it is), person or technical support who gave you this e-mail. Simply ask them what are your smtp and pop3 server names, your account (user) name and password. And, by the way, I didn't say you should give me your password (anyway, even if you posted it here, no one can use it, because those server names are incorrect and also, your user name is totaly wrong). It can not be the same as the name of domain, unless you are the owner of the domain and you set everything like that. See here what I said:
Just to simplify everything... do this... find out following information:
1.) pop3 server name for your e-mail provider
2.) smtp server name for your e-mail provider
3.) login (user) name that you suppose to use with your e-mail account
4.) password
I said,
FIND OUT, not
GIVE ME YOUR PASSWORD...
Call them and ask them about that info... until you do that, you won't be able to set your e-mail account properly. So, conclusion, avast! is not the cause for your problems here.
