Windows problem after installing 4.5 (help)

Its not a terrible problem but more or less a annoying one. Every couple minutes under the all programs option. the message new programs installed keeps coming up is there anyway I can stop this?

right click start button > options > customize > advandhed.
disable "mark newly installed programs"
