About the first one, I'm not sure if "corrupted" in this context means that the file itself is corrupted, or the filesystem needs to be repaired.
I would run scandisk just to be sure (so to repair any potential filesystem issues) and then re-download those specific installers and run them again (from NET Framework).
About the second one, it's something inside the quarantine of SUPERAntiSpyware (SAS), so I don't know if the supposed "zip" is really corrupted or is something about SAS. You should search for an answer in their support (or wait for someone with more experience with SAS to post here).
