HELP!!!!!!My computer has been infected with the Kreper-C Virus..Can you PLEASE tell me how to get rid of it?????

Click on the link in my signature, than choose "malware removal instructions". Don't rush anything, but take your time to read that page and do as explained there.

What do you mean by "Info didn't work" ??
Have you tried EVERYTHING that Eddy told you to do?
Where is your Hijack-this log?
What have the on-line scanners reported?

Again.. take your time  ;)

You could start by helping us to help you.

In order to help fully we need more information....
    - What OS are you using? is it up to date?
    - What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
    - What was the filename, where was it found
      example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?
    - What actions have you taken to try and resolve the problem?

Yes, I went step-by-step per the instructions that Eddy gave me. I tried it 2 more times and I think it's gone. I'm going to use the computer and hopefully the problem and virus wil be gone. If not I will post the log from Hijacker...Thanks for all your help everyone, you are all great people to help us out here that know nothing about computers....U Guys rock......

If you are sure you're clean (congrats!), YES you may turn it on again.
