Why I can't block all google ads?

Why I can't block all evil google ads?

I tried to block ads from http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/ but some of them still show up :o

all you need is to use wildcards:
*googleads.g.doubleclick*
*pagead2.googlesyndication*

that's what i use with my avast, works like a charm.
