usiGetSkin: do not launch Avast

I have download the last update from Avast 4.5. After to reboot my computor, Avast make a wierd problems. He wrote this important message after to try to launch Avast. "usiGetSkin".

I have try to translate this error message:

Unknow error:
This application wasn't been to charge the topic (or skin). Failure of the function "usiGetSkin"

Try a repair of Avast.
