I believe there is an update server (hundreds of them) repopulating for the avast program going on. This may also effect Virus Definitions as update would probably be suspended whilst this is carried out.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.4.6112 (build 24.4.9067.762) UI 1.0.803/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

The Maintenance box where there are updates, and when clicking on those two different updates, they kept initializing for few mins before I cancelled. What should I do? Unstall it by using this one, http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility and reinstall Version 6 instead 7 for now or wait until Avasti fix all buggy Version 7 and they all will be automatically fixed without us having to unstalling them? Thanks.

Is there a question in there somewhere. There is I believe work reloading the update servers as I mentioned earlier. Whilst that is on-going they will be down.

So right now the answer is wait, unless you are having problems other than you can't connect to the update servers.

If you have other problems, it would be best to either check the forums for a topic concerning your problem and see if any of the answers resolve it for them. Or create a new topic specific to your problem and someone will try to help.
