It would be handy if you gave a little more information, like where you saw it.

It means that some infected files can be repaired even when the don't have any VRBD record. The healing is implemented through the integrated avast! Virus Cleaner (that is called when you click the "Repair" button in the "Virus found!" dialog) - so the number of supported infections isn't very high now.
