Are these things I should worry about, are they dangerous, or are ashdish and ashserv a part of avast and perfectly safe. ashserv keeps trying to connect to internet. Do I have to let it? Does it need to for avast to work?

Both are part of avast.
its properly best if you allow both to connect to the Internet.

suggestion: Use the search function prior to asking and read Avast's help to make yourself familiar with Avast and the possible settings and such.
