UPX missing in list of packers to scan

I was looking at the list of Packers which can be configured in the AVAST Settings menu, but cannot find UPX in the list. See screenshot.

Does this mean the it might be unable to detect malware packed with that utility like this recently discovered banking trojan? http://www.threatexpert.com/report.aspx?md5=88f379b3a9a811d6efb3cb6a0e354309

UPX is, together with many other packers, contained in the "Self-extracting Win32 executables" option (which certainly should not get unchecked).
