Rollback during installation of administration console

Hi.

Got a problem to install the administration console on my W2K8 SP2 with a database created on a SQL 2K8 R2.

While installing the services, suddenly a rollback is starting.

Installation log shows following:

04-04 17:34:19,143 SbcServiceInstaller - Unable to install the service.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'.

During the setup I stated a service account which is local administrator and got the permission to log on as a service and same account shall be used for the SQL connection:

Setup Config shows:

Main Service
  Account: DOMAIN\ACCOUNT
  Network adapter: LAN-Verbindung
  Port for console: 8731
  Secure port for console: 8732
  Port for clients: 25322

IIS Server
  Virtual folder: Avast

SQL Server
  Using existing server
  Address: SERVER\INSTANCE
  Database: avast_sbc_db
  Authentication: Windows Integrated Authentication

I granted the account dbcreator, public and sysadmin role on SQL.

I cant figure out why the setup uses the anonymous account for connection to the database, like shown in the log file.

Anybody got a good idea?

try to install SQL 2008 Express separately and try to create manually an istance named SERVER\AVASTSBC

Try, during the installation to "Use custom SQL instance" and select the instance created with the information quoted

Thanks. I do not want to use SQL 2008 Express. I got an existing SQL 2008 R2 Server.

what version of avast SBC are you installing?
