Perdonar se me olvidó la contraseña de mi Anti-Theft, como puedo restaurar una nueva contraseña...

No hay... si hubiera, quien lo robara podría hacer lo mismo...
Tienes que "formatear" el equipo... instalando una nueva ROM.
