Ahh i see the problems.

First is tim_. ._. your hotmail username?, if it is it should be written like this tim_. ._.@hotmail.com
Also you should be using port 11110 not 110

Ok first you need to make your gmail smtp account into a gmail pop account this is done by logging into your gmail account then choosing Settings from the top Gmail navigation bar.
Select the Forwarding and POP tab.
Make sure either Enable POP for all mail or Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on.
Choose Enable POP for all mail if you want to download mail previously received at your Gmail account. Otherwise, select Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on.
Select the action you want applied to mail after you have downloaded it to your email client under When messages are accessed with POP.
Click Save Changes.

Then open Thunderbird and select Tools>Account Settings... from the menu.
Click Add Account....
Make sure Email account is selected.
Click Next >.
Type your name under Your Name:.
Enter your Gmail address under Email Address:. (username@gail.com)
Click Next >.
Make sure POP is selected under Select the type of incoming server you are using..
Type "pop.gmail.com" under Incoming Server:.
 Click Next >.
Enter your full email address (username@gmail.com) under Incoming User Name:.
You'll just have to append "@gmail.com" to what Mozilla Thunderbird has already entered for you.
Click Next >.
Give the Gmail account a name (something like "Gmail", for example) under Account Name:.
Click Next >.
Now click Finish.

Then check and see if you can receive you gmail, it will ask you for your gmail username and password, put them in and it should get your mail.

I set it up and I think I might have a problem because theres no gmail section to the left and the servers for STMP are for hotmail  ???
And I just got a error saying "An error occurred with the POP3 mail server.Mail server pop.gmail.com responded:" And Im not getting anyemails from hotmail, I just sent a test one and thunderbird didnt get it  ???

Hotmail don't let you send messages out though there server, so it will block you, best do it though another server such as gmail, for this please follow the instructions below:

# Select Outgoing Server (SMTP).
# Click Advanced....
# Click Add...
# Type "smtp.gmail.com" under Server Name:.
# Make sure Use name and password is checked.
# Type your Gmail address under User Name:.
# Make sure TLS is selected under Use secure connection:.
# Type "587" under Port:.
# Click OK.
# Click OK again.
# Select Server Settings under the newly created Gmail account.
# Click Use secure connection (SSL) to enable it.
# Click Advanced....
# Go to the SMTP tab.
# Select smtp.google.com:587 from the Server: drop-down list.
# Click OK.
# Click OK once more.

Now for you hotmail and gmail accounts, are you sure that the mail you sent was in your inbox?, s i think you can only get the mail from there.

If so, ill need a screenshot of your server settings so i can check them.

I did all that, and now when I reply to an email I get this error "Sending of message failed. An error occurred when sending mail: Unable to connect to STMP server.gmail.com .Ther server may be down or incorrectly configured. please verify that your mail/news account settings are correct and try again. and I get the same message but for stmp.hotmail.com for my hotmail one.
What sever settings do u want a picture of?

ok try this for your gmail, use SSL enabled, and use port 995.
After that, post screenshots of all your server settings for all the accounts that don't work, ill check over them.
That includs your outgoing server settings (if your having a problem with sending mail)
